Let's talk about leading for better health
We need to develop strong and compassionate leaders in health and social care. Leaders who respect and empower others through their values and behaviour, who inspire trust, encourage innovation, build inclusion and reduce inequalities.
We've just published dates on our website for the next cohort of our popular Leadership Skills Development Programme starting in April 2024.
This foundational leadership programme is CPD certified, and open to all current or aspiring leaders working in health and social care organisations. Feedback from hundreds of previous participants from across the country has detailed how the programme content has improved not just the quality of their professional practice but also increased their ability to understand, navigate and better cope with the pressures within the health and social care system.
The full programme runs over five interactive online sessions, or you can dip in and join individual half day workshops on topics including coaching, mentoring, supervision, maximising your impact and influence in meetings and within multidisciplinary teams, and building resilience.
The content is particularly suitable for general practice staff, personalised care teams (including social prescribing link workers, care coordinators and health coaches), and those working in primary care networks.
Join a diverse cohort of attendees from across the NHS, local authority and voluntary sector, and learn from each other and from Altogether Better's expertise in this area.
